Arkansas Department of Human Services CPR and First Aid Training and Certification Services

The Arkansas Department of Shared Administrative Services Office of State Procurement seeks contractors on behalf of the Department of Human Services Division of Children and Family Services to provide adult and pediatric Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid Training and Certification Services. Contractors will deliver on-site or blended ADA-compliant coursework, mandatory hands-on skills training sessions, and hands-on skills assessments with an on-site instructor for resource parents and other individuals. The scope also encompasses train-the-trainer instructor certification and abbreviated recertification courses, with issued certification cards remaining valid for at least two years. Eligible prospective contractors must be registered to do business in Arkansas, hold authorized training provider certification, and demonstrate at least two years of relevant training experience. Bidders must also possess the capacity to conduct multiple simultaneous classes across designated counties. The state plans to award contracts to up to six contractors across each of ten designated statewide areas, with an anticipated contract start date of January 1, 2027.
