Fire Suppression Systems Annual Inspections, Testing, Certification and Repairs Services

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide annual inspections, testing, certification, and repair services for fire suppression systems for a government authority located in Miami Beach, Florida. The scope covers the fabrication, installation, inspection, altering, repairing, and servicing of wet agent, dry agent, and pre-engineered systems, as well as dry chemical extinguishers, Halon extinguishers, and water pressure portable fire extinguishers. All repair invoices involving materials must include proof of material costs and an approved Work Order from a Facility Zone Manager. Eligible bidders are restricted to onshore United States organizations only, and all contracted performance will take place onsite. The contract will run for a period of two years.
