AI Systems Responses to Disclosures of Domestic Violence Assessment Services

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide an applied comparative assessment of how publicly available AI chatbots and large language models respond to disclosures of domestic violence. The vendor will evaluate responses across a minimum of three AI models and chatbots, two to three languages, three violence types, and two user personas. The project also requires assessing AI opportunities and risks regarding survivor safety and help-seeking, as well as developing and validating an assessment framework grounded in survivor-centred and trauma-informed principles. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to apply, and performance will occur offsite. Applicants may submit proposals digitally by email or online, and the buyer requests cost proposals.
