Athletic and Extracurricular Supplies, Equipment, Uniforms, and Monogramming Services

Sherman Independent School District seeks sealed proposals for athletic and extracurricular supplies, equipment, and services. The scope covers athletic sports and training, physical education, dance and cheer, band, award jackets and awards, uniforms, apparel, accessories, and monogramming or embroidery services to establish fixed percentage discounts, published price lists, or fair market values. Only onshore United States organizations may participate, and awarded vendors under the RFP 300 series do not need to reapply. Proposers may submit responses online via the electronic system or deliver sealed manual submissions comprising one original hard copy and one flash drive to the Sherman, Texas procurement office. Questions are due by March 1, 2027, at 12:00 AM CT, and the final response deadline is June 30, 2030, at 12:00 AM CT. Proposals will be evaluated as received for multiple awards based on meeting solicitation requirements and best value.
