Web-Enabled Workforce Development Case Management Software as a Service Solution

The State of New Jersey, Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive, web-enabled commercial off-the-shelf Software as a Service statewide workforce development case management solution. The solution will replace the current workforce case management system with an adaptable, cloud-hosted platform that consolidates the case management of federal, state, and local workforce programs. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore United States organizations, and the procurement includes subcontracting set-asides for small businesses and disabled veteran-owned businesses. Bidders must submit quotes digitally via email or online by February 4, 2027, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
