Greenville Water Request for Qualifications for General Engineering Services

Greenville Water solicits Statements of Qualifications to establish a pool of prequalified engineering firms for its Fiscal Years 2027 and 2028 Capital Improvement Projects. Required scopes encompass complete engineering services, including final design, permitting, studies and reports, cost estimating, procurement services, and construction phase services across varied project categories. Eligible firms must submit one electronic copy of their Statement of Qualifications in searchable PDF format via the EUNA Procurement Bonfire Portal by 2:00 PM on December 10, 2026. Submissions must not exceed 40 pages and must include firm experience within the past five years, key personnel qualifications, references, past performance, and a certificate of insurance. Inquiries must be submitted through the portal no later than November 20, 2026. Greenville Water will evaluate qualifications independently for each category based on related project experience, experience of assigned personnel, and references or past performance. The buyer may subsequently request detailed fee proposals from prequalified firms for individual assignments.
