New Mexico CYFD Family Visitation and Supervised Exchange Services

The New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department seeks proposals from USA organizations to deliver offsite family visitation services for a four-year contract period. The selected provider must conduct supervised visitations, safe exchanges, supportive parenting interventions in a neutral environment, and supervised virtual visitations when in-person sessions are not feasible. Eligible offerors must provide written supervised visitation policies, pass background check requirements, submit a records retention policy, and provide required business disclosures and financial records. Offerors must submit questions by November 13, 2026, and deliver electronic-only proposals by December 1, 2026. The department evaluates mandatory specifications on a pass/fail basis, while awarding points for organizational experience and reference questionnaires.
