Integrated Inventory and Order Management System

The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, & Forestry seeks bids for an integrated inventory and order management system featuring IT components. The required scope includes streamlining tree seedling inventory tracking, supporting e-commerce and point-of-sale transactions, automating shipping and pickup fulfillment, migrating data for species, descriptions, and products, providing a mobile warehouse app with barcode scanning, and tracking field and available inventory. Bidders must submit firm, fixed pricing along with up to three years of audited financial statements, three years of tax returns, and three business references demonstrating successful implementation experience. Any party that directly or indirectly assisted in preparing the solicitation or procurement terms is precluded from contract award.
