Classroom State Summer Conference Services and Venue Support

The scope entails venue and event support on July 12, 2027, including partial day or evening set-up, one main room accommodating 275 to 300 people set up in rounds, breakout rooms, continental breakfast, buffet-style lunch, and mandatory audiovisual equipment such as microphones, podiums, screens, projectors, and a small stage.
