Vacant Lot Maintenance, Tractor Mowing, and Fence Line Clearing Services

Miami-Dade County Public Schools seeks bids to establish a contract, at firm unit prices, for vacant lot maintenance, fence line maintenance, tractor mowing, mechanical clearing, and the collection, removal, and proper disposal of bulk trash and debris. Vendors must visit and inspect the sites to become fully familiar with existing conditions, operations, and restrictions before performing the onsite work. Only onshore USA vendors are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically via DemandStar by 1:00 PM Eastern on December 3, 2026. The buyer will also host a non-mandatory pre-bid conference via Google Meet on Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern.
