River Valley Justice Center Building Automation System Controllers Replacement

Will County requests sealed proposals for the replacement of all existing building automation system (BAS) controllers at the River Valley Justice Center in Joliet, Illinois. Performance of the work will take place onsite, and eligibility is restricted to onshore entities within the United States. Prospective vendors must attend a mandatory on-site pre-bid conference on Friday, November 20, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. at the River Valley Justice Center. Attendees must pre-register by email to [email protected] by 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, and present a matching, valid state-issued driver's license or identification card upon arrival. Bidders must submit sealed proposals with a 10% bid bond to the Will County Purchasing Department at the Will County Office Building by December 17, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. The county does not utilize electronic bidding for this procurement.
