Supply and Delivery of Food, Meat, and Beverages for Participating School Districts

The Center for Instruction, Technology & Innovation seeks sealed bids for the supply of food, meat, and beverages for multiple participating school districts. The vendor will supply and deliver these products across designated school districts for the months of February 2027 through July 2027, with onsite work performance. Bidders must maintain firm unit pricing for the contract duration, except for cheese, which allows potential escalation after the first month upon proof of increased manufacturer costs. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to submit bids. Vendors can submit proposals digitally or physically, labeling mailed envelopes with the bid title and number and attaching a completed W9, Non-Collusive Proposal Certification, and Conflict of Interest Certification. Questions are due by November 18, 2026, and the bid opening will take place on December 2, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. CiTi will give evaluation weight to the bidder's minimum delivery or drop charge policy, and the buyer anticipates awarding the contract on January 20, 2027.
