FEMA Region IX Emergency Medical Membership Access and Medical Transport Services

FEMA Region IX requires contractor-managed emergency medical membership access services and medical coordination support for covered personnel on official assignments in Pacific Territories, including Guam, American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. The contractor must deliver 24/7 assistance center access, clinical intake and triage, medical case management, commercial medical escort coordination, ground ambulance coordination, fixed-wing air ambulance services, specialty medical transport teams, and companion travel coordination. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations performing work offsite. The solicitation requires all mission-specific other direct costs to receive pre-approval from the task order Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative.
