Accounting and Defense Agency Initiative Tier 1 Help Desk Support Services

The Personnel Readiness Management Agency Comptroller and Accounting Directorate seeks accounting and Defense Agency Initiative Tier 1 help desk support services under a firm-fixed-price contract. The selected contractor must record obligations, perform data cleansing, support financial reporting, and provide dedicated help desk sustainment and training for all Defense Agency Initiative modules. Only onshore United States organizations eligible under the 8(a) set-aside may bid, and all contractor personnel requiring agency access must be United States citizens with completed Tier 3 or higher background investigations. Contractors will primarily perform work offsite at their own facilities, with occasional travel or on-site work required at the Mark Center in Alexandria, Virginia.
