Joint Credentialing and Privileging Solution for Department of War and Department of Veterans Affairs

The Department of War and the Department of Veterans Affairs require a single, shared, commercially available joint enterprise credentialing and privileging solution configured to each department's needs. The solution must replace VA's VetPro and DoW's Centralized Credentials Quality Assurance System capabilities with fully developed core credentialing, privileging, professional practice evaluation, peer review, reporting, and interoperability functions. Work will be performed offsite. Interested USA onshore organizations must submit capability statements in Microsoft Word or PDF format by email to the designated Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist by November 20, 2026, at 11:00 am EST. Submissions must address all seven use cases, provide company details including SAM registration and contract vehicles, describe licensing and cost drivers, and include a rough order of magnitude cost. No formal question period is planned, and the departments are not seeking formal proposals at this time.
