Vendor Cloud Voice Platform and Contact Center Services for California Government Authority

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide voice service to a government authority located in California by replacing its existing voice environment with a single vendor cloud voice platform. The requested scope covers general agency staff and contact center operations, integrating the vendor's platform inside the Microsoft Teams client. Features must include reliable dialtone, dedicated DID for every named user, voicemail and messaging, standard call handling, presence and directory, as well as fax replacement and analog line disposition. Eligible bidders are restricted to onshore USA organizations only, and performance of the work will be offsite.
