RFI for Agricultural Pesticide Market Research Data and Database Services

The Environmental Protection Agency seeks information and capabilities from potential responsible sources capable of providing primary agricultural market research data on pesticide usage. The required data covers herbicide, insecticide, fungicide, nematicide, and growth regulator usage across diverse field and specialty crops, supported by at least ten years of historical data for regulatory decision-making. The agency requires a vendor to supply nationally representative research and either custom build or host an established, searchable database. The agency will not provide existing pesticide usage data to upload into the system. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations, and the work will be performed offsite. Responding vendors must submit company business size, applicable socioeconomic categories, primary NAICS codes, and up to three pages answering targeted agency capability questions.
