About this opportunity

AI summary

The City of St. Louis Forestry Division seeks proposals from qualified, licensed respondents to provide emergency debris removal and disposal services. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, fuel, traffic control, and related resources to examine debris eligibility, load, reduce, and haul disaster-generated debris from public property and rights-of-way to city-approved temporary and final disposal sites. Only onshore U.S. organizations with specialized experience in disaster response debris management may apply, and vendors must verify current city business licensing and tax remittance status or agree to obtain them before execution. Digital submissions are due by December 7, 2026, at 12:00 PM Central Time, and all questions must be submitted via email by November 18, 2026, at 12:00 PM Central Time. Selection committees evaluate conforming proposals across two phases using a 100-point standard based on cost and proposal merits.
