UW Medicine Window Repair and Replacement Services Vendor Pool

UW Medicine requests proposals from qualified and experienced bidders to establish a pool of qualified vendors for window repair and replacement services at its hospitals. Work will be performed onsite in Washington, and eligibility is restricted to onshore US organizations. Bidders must submit all correspondence and proposals through the University of Washington's Workday Strategic Sourcing system by 2:00 PM Pacific Time on December 11, 2026. Questions must be submitted via the platform no later than 2:00 PM Pacific Time on November 20, 2026.
