Construction Manager at Risk Services for the New Grayson City Hall

The City of Grayson requests proposals from Construction Management at Risk firms for the construction of a new 7,700-square-foot Grayson City Hall. The selected firm will provide pre-construction technical reviews and cost evaluation assistance, issue a guaranteed maximum price, and manage construction, safety, scheduling, and trade subcontracts. Scope includes site and single-story building construction featuring council chambers, offices, support space, parking, drives, and realigning the Park Drive entrance from Grayson Parkway. Applicants must be onshore USA organizations with relevant experience. Submissions require four hard copies utilizing the attached proposal forms delivered to 475 Grayson Parkway. The preliminary construction budget is $3,000,000. Questions are due via email to Arden Powell at [email protected] by November 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Final proposals are due no later than December 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Evaluation criteria award up to 30 points for experience constructing similar facilities for public entities and up to 15 points for experience with the CMAR process.
