Annual Engineering Services for Water and Sanitary Sewer Projects

The City of Chesapeake Department of Public Utilities seeks proposals from consulting engineering firms to provide professional engineering, project management, inspection, and business analysis services on an annual, as-needed basis for water and sanitary sewer projects. Scope items include survey, design, contract administration, and construction inspection, alongside specialized design of water storage tanks and pump stations, hydraulic modeling, water resource management, and utility business process modernization. The City anticipates awarding five or more standard architect-engineer contracts.
