Digital Interactive Learning Platform Development and Expansion for Maryland Action Plan for Suicide Virtual Academy

The Maryland Behavioral Health Administration seeks an onshore USA organization to design, develop, test, implement, and support the Maryland Action Plan for Suicide Virtual Academy. The contractor will convert existing K–12 training materials into interactive digital learning modules, build role-based pathways, expand content for youth ages 18–24, and deliver peer-to-peer training. The agency will award a one-year contract for offsite performance to establish a sustainable statewide suicide prevention learning resource. A pre-bid meeting will take place via video call on November 16, 2026.
