Vinyl Lettering, Decals, and Three-Dimensional Lettering Service for District Sites

The Paradise Valley Unified School District requests proposals for the purchase and installation of vinyl lettering, decals, and three-dimensional lettering across district sites. The scope of work encompasses interior and exterior signage, directional and informational signs, room identification signs, logos, and custom signage adhering to Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility standards. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Offerors must submit all questions through the Bonfire portal by November 19, 2026. Electronic proposals must be uploaded to the Bonfire portal by December 10, 2026, at 2:30 PM Arizona Time.
