Website Hosting, Maintenance and Modification Services Using Drupal CMS for MSRC Website

The buyer seeks a contractor to deliver website hosting, maintenance, and modification services using the Drupal content management system for www.CleanTransportationFunding.org. Scope requirements include upgrading software from Drupal 8 to Drupal 10.6, enabling online application and proposal submissions, allowing public downloads of solicitation files, maintaining meeting agendas, and providing a searchable project library. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations performing work offsite. The procurement schedule includes an optional bidders' conference on November 19, 2026.
