Teacher’s Assistant Program Culturally Responsive Online Curriculum Development

Mi’kmaw Kina’matnewey seeks proposals from qualified Canadian consultants and educational design firms to develop a culturally responsive 16-week online Teacher’s Assistant curriculum. Over a six-month period, the selected partner will design course structures aligned with provincial standards, incorporate essential certification modules, collaborate with Mi’kmaw educators and Knowledge Keepers, and produce scalable facilitator and student materials. Eligible Canadian organizations may submit responses digitally via email or online for offsite performance. The selection committee will interview selected firms based on received proposals and enter contract negotiations with the top-rated candidate to prepare the curriculum for administration starting March 1, 2027.
