State of Oregon RFP for Risk Management Actuarial Services

The State of Oregon Department of Administrative Services, State Procurement Services seeks proposals for risk management actuarial services in Salem, Oregon. The selected contractor will deliver an annual actuarial report as of June 30 that estimates outstanding liabilities and appropriate annual funding levels for workers' compensation, tort liability, and property coverages through methods including loss development, frequency and severity analysis, and case reserve analysis. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations, with performance permitted onsite or offsite. Prospective contractors must submit all questions by December 21, 2026, and deliver final proposals by January 11, 2027, at 5:00 PM.
