Inyo County Independence Jail Landscaping and Irrigation System Installation

Inyo County invites bids for the Independence Jail Landscaping project in California. The scope of work requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and documents to complete excavation, grading, planting, and the installation of new landscaping and a new irrigation system in accordance with Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance requirements and project plans. The contractor must also provide instruction and training on proper planting techniques, warranty requirements, and ongoing plant maintenance. Bidders must be onshore USA organizations with at least one year of landscaping experience and must provide an example of previous work. The county intends to award the contract to the lowest bidder whenever possible. Bidders must submit questions by December 9, 2026, and deliver electronic responses via the county's procurement portal by 3:00 pm on December 11, 2026.
