Bellflower Land Use and Corridor Study Consulting Services RFP No. ED-2026-01

The City of Bellflower is issuing RFP No. ED-2026-01 to solicit proposals for land use and corridor study consulting services. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite consulting work. Applicants must deliver three sealed copies labeled according to city instructions to the Bellflower City Clerk's Office by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 3, 2026. Submissions will not be accepted via email, facsimile, or late postmark. City staff will evaluate proposals based on how well they meet municipal needs and will invite the best-qualified proposer to negotiate a final fee.
