Minimum qualifications
- Must be certified Pinellas County SBE
- Business located in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, or Manatee counties
- Number of employees must not exceed 50 full-time employees
- 3-year average gross revenues do not exceed $3 million for goods/services or $8 million for construction service providers
- Professional experience in accordance with Florida Statute 287.055
- Minimum total score of 75 points on evaluation to be shortlisted
- Florida Engineering and/or Architectural licenses and certifications
- Deliverables must meet Pinellas County CADD Standards Manual & Kit for Survey and Civil Engineering
