The Borough of Laurel Springs seeks statements of qualification from qualified attorneys to serve as Municipal Redevelopment Counsel for the 2027 calendar year. The selected counsel will provide general advice on redevelopment initiatives and perform tasks to advance these projects as determined by the Borough Council. Applicants must be USA-based organizations and have at least five years of admission to the New Jersey State Bar, prior experience as redevelopment counsel to New Jersey municipalities, and knowledge of public entity administration. Applicants must submit two physical copies of their proposal in a sealed envelope to the Borough Clerk by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 19, 2026. Submissions by fax, telephone, or email are strictly prohibited. The Governing Body will review all confidential responses, evaluate applicants based on general and mandatory criteria, and make the final selection at a public meeting.
