Minimum qualifications
- Performed ASTM compliant Phase I and Phase II ESAs in a variety of settings in New York City

- Experience within the previous five (5) years in performing environmental remedial investigations
- Experience within the previous five (5) years in performing storage tank investigations, pulls, and cleanups
- Experience within the previous five (5) years in performing brownfield cleanup program remediations
- Experience within the previous five (5) years in performing NYCDEP and NYC MOER-directed cleanups
- Licensed to conduct business in the State of New York
