Lobby Updates Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a lobby updates service to update lobby areas across four Work Activity Centers located in South Carolina. The vendor must supply all-new items that feature manufacturer serial numbers and comply with all applicable United States, South Carolina, and industry standards. Additionally, the vendor must include at least a twelve-month full or limited warranty covering part or full-unit replacements at no cost to the agency for defects or poor workmanship. To remain eligible, vendors must operate onshore within the United States, and the vendor must perform all work onsite. The buyer hosts a mandatory pre-bid meeting on October 6, 2026, starting at 9:00 AM. The buyer has not set a fixed budget and is currently seeking proposals.
