Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Design, Analysis and Plan Review Services

The City of Leander is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified individuals, firms, or corporations to provide professional mechanical, electrical, plumbing, design, analysis, and plan review services. The City will establish a pool of pre-qualified respondents for a three-year agreement period, with individual projects awarded via task orders on an as-needed basis. Eligible respondents must be licensed to perform services in the State of Texas and include at least one registered professional engineer or project manager with at least five years of experience. All questions must be submitted through the online portal by November 16, 2026. Final qualification responses must be submitted electronically via the City's online portal by December 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. Submittals are limited to 35 pages and will be evaluated on relevant qualifications and experience (30 points), proposed staff (20 points), available resources and location (20 points), methodology and approach (20 points), and added value (10 points).
