Barbados - Human Resources Records Digitalization Service

The buyer requires a human resources records digitalization service to convert its complete HR record system into an organized, accessible, and sustainable digital archive. The selected firm must retrieve, prepare, scan, and digitize an estimated 9,580 HR files across 306 drawers. The scope includes retrieving files under a controlled chain of custody, identifying damaged documents for remediation, providing physical records management, and scanning at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI in color or grayscale. The vendor must perform optical character recognition to ensure documents are searchable and legible, and audit scanned outputs for clarity, orientation, completeness, OCR quality, indexing, and metadata accuracy prior to SharePoint upload. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Barbados organizations. The work will occur either onsite or offsite. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 22, 2026.
