RFI for Capital Planning Software

The buyer seeks information through a Request for Information (RFI) to understand the capabilities, typical licensing, pricing, implementation models, support structures, staffing, and budgetary needs of commercially available capital planning software. The requested scope includes vendor recommendations on implementation approaches and common challenges to avoid. Additionally, the software must support space inventory management, space allocation and assignment tracking by occupying agency, and space utilization and consolidation planning integrated with facility condition and capital planning data. The buyer requires vendors to perform all work offsite at the vendor's office premises. Only United States organizations are eligible to respond. The buyer currently seeks proposals to determine the budget. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than October 15, 2026.
