Interpreter and Translation Services

The buyer needs timely, professional interpreter and written translation services for individuals and groups with limited English proficiency or who are deaf or hard of hearing interacting with county services. The requested scope includes pre-scheduled and on-demand on-site interpreter services including ASL, 24/7 over-the-phone interpreter services, video remote interpreter services with the vendor supplying all required equipment, and written translations. Translation coverage encompasses ASL, Russian, Spanish, ten preferred languages including Burmese, Chinese, and Vietnamese, specific dialects such as Mam and Q’eqchi’, and all other available languages. Eligibility restricts participation to USA organizations. Vendors perform the work both onsite and offsite. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and requires vendors to submit all questions no later than October 1, 2026.
