Validation and Verification Services

The government authority located in Virginia requires a vendor to provide validation and verification services. The selected vendor must review the Project Design Document, Monitoring Reports, and supporting documentation. The buyer requires the vendor to validate the project design against High-Level Principles and perform a field visit between March and June 2027 to complement desktop and virtual interviews. Additionally, the vendor must verify the 2026 and 2027 Coral Reef Atoll Environmental Account under the Accounting for Nature Framework and Method for Coral Reef Atolls. The vendor must verify 2026 and 2027 monitoring methods and biodiversity indicators for bird islet and management effectiveness monitoring reports, conduct stakeholder interviews and field assessments as required, evaluate site conditions, prepare findings and non-conformities, and issue validation and verification reports. Eligibility is restricted to onshore, USA organizations only. Work performance will occur offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 1, 2026.
