Township Planner Service

The Township of Eastampton requires professional township planner services on an as-needed basis. The designated planner or firm representative must be a licensed Professional Planner in the State of New Jersey with at least eight years of experience in all aspects of municipal planning. Eligible bidders must be USA-based organizations, and work will occur offsite. Bidders must submit one electronic copy on a USB drive in PDF format and six hard copies by mail or delivery to the Municipal Clerk by Friday, November 13, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. Submissions must include proposed fee schedules, a completed Disclosure of Investment Activities in Iran certification, proof of acceptable professional liability or malpractice insurance, and evidence of compliance with affirmative action requirements. The buyer evaluates proposals based on experience, field reputation, individual qualifications, availability for required meetings, and fee schedules. The buyer awards the contract for the 2027 calendar year term, and bidders must submit pricing proposals within the established review process.
