Professional Program Services

El Paso County Department of Public Works requires an onshore USA organization to provide professional program services in Springs, CO. The scope includes GIS data conversion, field data collection, asset inventories, land surveying with aerial LiDAR and imagery, intelligent transportation systems, and smart mobility to support task orders ranging from technical assignments to full program delivery. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will be performed offsite. Applicants must submit proposals electronically through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System by 2:00 P.M. MST on December 9, 2026, while submitting any exceptions to the solicitation or sample master agreement with their response. A pre-bid meeting occurs on November 13, 2026, and all questions are due by November 16, 2026.
