The selected vendor will oversee the planning, setup, operation, and teardown of the carnival and fairway, providing rides including a large Ferris Wheel, games, and concession booths. The vendor must also supply 150 free all-day wristbands to the City, offer pre-sale discounted wristbands, comply with all safety regulations, manage generators, and maintain specified general liability, auto, and workers' compensation insurance.
