E-Rate Category 2 and Security Cabling Infrastructure Services for Los Lunas Schools

Los Lunas Schools requires a contractor to provide E-rate Category 2 and security cabling infrastructure services in Los Lunas, New Mexico. The selected vendor must install, terminate, label, and test single-manufacturer Category 6A horizontal cabling, patch panels, cable management, racks, LIUs, and fiber, and remove and dispose of demolished cabling and equipment. The contractor must also deliver electronic copper and fiber certification test results, as-built floor plans, a contractor workmanship warranty, and a manufacturer system warranty. Eligible vendors must perform work onsite in the USA. Offerors must attend a mandatory in-person pre-proposal conference and site visit on November 2, 2026, at 9:00 AM MST. Written questions are due by November 6, 2026, at 4:30 PM MST. Proposals must be submitted digitally through the Los Lunas Schools website via Beacon Bid by December 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM MST. The resulting contract term is for one year.
