Fiber Infrastructure Project Services for Westmoreland County Information Systems

Westmoreland County Information Systems requires a vendor to deliver fiber infrastructure project services at the Courthouse Complex in Greensburg, PA. The selected vendor must provide and install 360 LC fiber optic connectors and terminate, test, and label 18 total fiber cables comprising 360 strands. Eligible bidders are limited to onshore USA organizations. Bidders must attend a mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting on November 2, 2026, at 9:00 AM, and submit questions by November 18, 2026. Final proposals must be received by the Westmoreland County Controller by 2:00 PM on December 1, 2026. Submissions require an original and two paper copies of the Official Bid Form in a sealed envelope, accompanied by a 10% bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or signed bid bond. The successful bidder must also furnish a performance bond, a completed IRS Form W-9, and adhere to nondiscrimination and integrity agreements.
