Laboratory Analysis Services for Kent County Department of Public Works

Kent County Levy Court's Department of Public Works is soliciting detailed proposals with unit prices from qualified firms to provide laboratory analysis services utilizing 40 CFR Part 136 Guidelines. The requested scope includes sample pickup and laboratory testing of pretreatment wastewater, influent and effluent wastewater, on-site test well water, biosolids products, drinking water, solid waste for materials disposal, and septage hauler samples. Work will be performed offsite, and eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Bidders must submit sealed proposals marked "Proposal - Laboratory Analysis Services" to the Kent County Department of Public Works by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on November 19, 2026. Kent County will evaluate proposals to select the most qualified bidder based on criteria in the contract document rather than cost alone, and proposals must remain irrevocable for 60 days after the closing time.
