Annual Hauling and Loading Services for Brownsville Public Utilities Board

The Public Utilities Board of the City of Brownsville, Texas (BPUB) is requesting sealed or electronic bids for annual hauling and loading services. The selected vendor will provide hauling and loading of materials such as sand, caliche, asphalt, and miscellaneous spoiled materials to support underground water, wastewater, and electric utility construction or repair work performed by in-house operations, maintenance, and construction crews in Olmito, Texas. Eligibility is restricted to US onshore organizations. Submissions require completed bidding documents, typed or written in black ink with prices in words and figures, along with required supplemental information, drawings, and catalog data. Each bid must include a Job Safety Analysis form and a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for at least five percent of the total bid amount payable to the Brownsville Public Utilities Board. Bids are due by November 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM, and hard copies must be addressed to Diane Solitaire at the BPUB Purchasing Department in Olmito, Texas. Payment will be based on unit price bids per cubic yard via weekly itemized invoices and signed delivery vouchers.
