Ten-Year Lease Request for Proposals for San Francisco International Airport Advertising Program

The City and County of San Francisco Airport Commission is seeking proposals for an Airport Advertising Program Lease at San Francisco International Airport. The selected tenant will handle business and operational requirements for the concession opportunity, including premises management, tenant signage, design review and permitting workshops, and security camera systems. The contract term is ten years, and performance will take place offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations. Proposals must include an executed Statement of Minimum Qualifications, a Financial Pro Forma, a Percentage Rent Offer of at least 65%, and a $200,000 Proposal Deposit in the form of a surety bond, letter of credit, or cashier's check. An informational conference will take place on December 3, 2026, and questions are due by December 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PT. Proposals must be submitted digitally via the airport's web portal by February 25, 2027, at 2:00 p.m. PT, with physical proposal deposits delivered to the Revenue Development and Management office.
