Toronto Transit Commission Request for Supplier Qualification for Capital Projects Assurance Function Services

The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) is issuing this Request for Supplier Qualification to pre-qualify vendors, including corporate entities and independent consultants, for a Master Service Agreement roster. Qualified vendors will perform offsite, independent capital projects assurance function services across three program areas: Information Technology, Construction, and Vehicles. Reviews will include deep dive, stage gate, and periodic reviews governed by CPAF policies. Eligibility is limited to Canadian onshore organizations. Applications must include Form 1, Form 2 for joint ventures if applicable, and Forms 5a through 5c covering corporate experience and qualifications across the three program services. Submissions must be delivered digitally via Bonfire by November 26, 2026, while all questions must be submitted by November 18, 2026. Awarded Master Service Agreements will run for a term of three years from the Notification of Award.
