Hosted Voice over Internet Protocol Phone Service for Merced County Association of Governments

The Merced County Association of Governments requires a qualified firm to provide and maintain a hosted Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone system. The required service must support 80 active seats, unlimited nationwide calling, call recording, hunt groups, auto attendant features, and detail call tree reports. The system will serve MCAG, the Transit Joint Powers Authority for Merced County, the Yosemite Area Regional Transportation System, and the Merced County Regional Waste Management Authority. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and the work will be performed offsite. Interested proposers must RSVP by November 5, 2026, to attend a mandatory site visit and pre-proposal meeting on November 6, 2026. Proposers must submit all questions via email by 12:00 p.m. PST on November 10, 2026.
