Comprehensive Cybersecurity Support, Advisory, and Incident Response Services for Saskatoon Police Service

The Saskatoon Police Service requires a vendor to provide comprehensive offsite cybersecurity support, advisory, and incident response services for a one-year contract term. The selected vendor must maintain 24x7x365 contact methods, adhere to strictly authorized testing rules of engagement, and perform cybersecurity assessments and roadmap planning across governance, personnel, technology, and third-party arrangements. Eligible proponents must operate onshore in Canada, store and process all data within Canada, and meet Government of Canada cloud security compliance controls. Proponents must submit proposals digitally via email or online by November 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM, with all questions due by November 20, 2026. Application submissions must include the vendor's Master Services Agreement, documentation of mandatory technical requirements, a completed unmodified Annex A workbook, an evaluation response with exact page references, a detailed price breakdown, and a completed Submission Form. Proposals will be evaluated on criteria including Pricing, weighted at 30%, alongside functional and non-functional technical requirements evaluated on a pass/fail and threshold basis.
