Town of Ocean City Multi-Function Devices, Supplies, and Monitoring Software

The Mayor and City Council of Ocean City, Maryland, seek qualified vendors to provide full-service print, fax, scan, and copy multi-function devices and supplies. The contract scope requires a software program to supply daily and aggregate inventory statistics—such as device details, ink levels, and page coverage—and feature query, filtering, display, and remote output capabilities in .CSV and Excel formats.
