Implementation Service for an NRCS End-To-End Inspection Automation Solution

The National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS) seeks an onshore South African service provider to design, configure, implement, integrate, test, deploy, support, and maintain an enterprise-wide Inspection Automation Solution. The platform must automate end-to-end inspection, enforcement, and reporting processes offsite across its Foods, Electrotechnical, CMM, Automotive, and Legal Metrology business units. Key capabilities required include annual to weekly planning, workload-based resource allocation, mobile offline/online execution, electronic forms with digital signatures, configurable workflows, and performance dashboards. Only South African organizations registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) are eligible. Bidders must submit an all-inclusive VAT-inclusive price with a detailed cost breakdown schedule using SBD Form 3.1, sign or initial every page of the General Conditions of Contract, and include a B-BBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit. Submissions must be deposited in the physical NRCS tender box in Pretoria by 11:00 on November 30, 2026.
